Stoni Beauchamp, CEO and Owner of Ai-Dapt Academy will share his knowledge on AI technologies. The first session is designed to introduce business owners to the core concepts of AI, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT.  Participants will gain a solid understanding of how AI is shaping the business landscape and practical ways to integrate AI into daily operations.  The second session builds on the morning session fundamentals, diving into how AI can be integrated with other technologies and automation systems.  The focus will be a hands-on AI beyond Large Language Models.

This training will discuss the common roots of workplace conflict and management strategies. Practical tips on how to give critical feedback and how to communicate through conflict will be offered. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to harness the power that conflict has to contribute to organizational innovation and stronger relationships. After completing this course, a certificate from Fort Hays State University will be given to all participants.  Lunch is provided!

• how to critically evaluate requests for proposals

and interpret funder guidelines

• how to develop logic models, project work plans, and appropriate timelines

• a strategic approach to writing the components of a proposal

• when to contact program and grant officers - and what to say

• proven methods designed to increase the probability of funding

Participants will learn the steps/procedures necessary to become a licensed child care provider. Benefits of becoming a child care provider include earning an income from home, tax deductions, a meaningful job, positive impact on children, and owning your own business.
